About the position

  • As a Customer Service Representative with us, you will be the face of Releasy and our client SL, which has overall responsibility for public transport in the Stockholm region.
  • You will be the primary point of contact for customers via calls, emails, and chat.
  • Your main tasks include handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with a focus on meeting customer needs.
  • You will assist with travel planning, lost items, and other issues that may arise in public transport.
  • You will also work with customer service over the counter and be out among travelers.
  • Your main goal is to actively work to ensure high customer satisfaction and create memorable experiences for our customers.

To give you a good introduction to the job, the employment begins with a 10-day training combined with practical work. It is a constantly learning and developing environment where you will learn new things and grow over time.

The position is a permanent employment that starts with a 6-month probationary period. There are varying working hours scheduled within the assignment's opening hours, which are Monday-Sunday 06:00-23:00. Training starts on 2026-01-19.

Qualifications and skills

  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
  • Good knowledge of English both orally and in writing.
  • Good computer and system skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Stockholm and previous experience in public transport or travel planning is a plus, but not a requirement.
